Dr. Harkar's journey in medicine began at Government Medical College, Jammu, where he completed his MBBS in 2001, followed by an MS in General Surgery. His passion for urology led him to pursue specialised training at the prestigious Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi, where he completed his DNB in Urology. He was an integral part of the renal transplant team at Army Hospital and later at Paras Hospitals, Gurgaon and Artemis Health Institute.
